Digital fabric printer case

The casing for the digital textile printer is the result of a co-design process inspired by the automotive world.
Presented at ITMA 2023, it attracted significant interest thanks to a completely new design language for the sector—instantly making the brand’s identity stand out.

The aerodynamic design reflects the advanced performance of the technology: volumes and graphics are carefully crafted to guide the eye toward the core of the machine, enhancing its capabilities and ensuring consistency between aesthetics and internal components.

The ergonomic design integrates features aimed at enhancing the human-machine relationship: light-based feedback, glossy and semi-transparent black polycarbonate panels that reduce visual noise, and carbon fiber–finished handles that are both durable and pleasant to the touch.

Every detail is designed to offer a safe, comfortable, and intuitive user experience.

Let’s Solve

In the design process of the digital textile printer casing, every detail was precisely analyzed: from the control panel to the push-button consoles, from the dynamic shapes of the storage compartments to the LED patterns and fastening systems.
All elements contribute to defining the machine’s visual identity while enhancing the user experience.

The structure is designed for accessory and component expandability (tanks, printheads, etc.) while keeping the base unchanged.
This approach extends the product’s lifespan and facilitates reconfiguration over time.

We also developed dedicated opening systems to simplify maintenance, along with a modular assembly system that streamlines transport and on-site installation.

This project is a tangible example of our expertise in custom industrial design.
